I have been a patient for 3.5 years and they have NEVER missed an appointment, I have NEVER waited in the waiting room for more than 10 min, if that. I have a phone appointment every month and go in quick and easily every 3 months. It is a courtesy for Doctors offices to file insurance claims so they get paid. It is not their responsibility. If you get charged call your insurance company to find out how to file a claim and get your money back. It is NOT the doctors fault. People are so used to them doing it they got spoiled. Well news flash they don’t HAVE to. Also, if you can’t pay for your visit it’s not their fault. You can’t go to the grocery store and ask for free groceries just because you don’t have the money so stop expecting a doctor to or get better insurance. This staff has been nothing but helpful and has never missed anything. I do have to call back and schedule my next appointment and I have forgot to do so before but that’s on me and when I realize I call and they get me in immediately. Idk what all the bad reviews are but I will not go anywhere else. Thank you To Dr Saeed on my 1st appointment for explaining everything so well and being so nice and everyone else after to continue my care exceptionally!! I greatly appreciate it!! I really enjoy going to see Alicia she's a very good mental health nurse practitioner she has changed my meds to what I need and what works for my body for the last 30 years that someone took me off and she's very knowledgeable and very helpful I really like her a lot doctor say it seem very nice I got to talk with him once but I don't see him I really liked him he was copacetic and knowledgeable

Great people, great facilities. I was there for TMS depression treatment, 5 days per week for 7 weeks. 30 minutes/day. Sofia took good care of me. Front desk directed me around nicely. Dr. Saeed advised me timely. Healed!!

Very kind and professional! TMS was a godsend. They helped me change my life completely. I am living a full life again for the first time in decades.

Wait time is terrible but I love this doctor. I talked to him for a long time because I didn't want any drugs and we talked it out. I had not been able to leave my home since my husband committed suicide and after talking with him I have been able to resume my life with no drugs. Dr. Saeed is so easy to talk to and kind that you just spill out your life to him. I suggest him to anyone who is trying to get over a great loss in their life...

Dr. Saed has been amazing from the start. They offer a convienant online check in that will alert you when you are ready to be seen that has made my appointments flexible with my crazy hours at work. I am a veteran who has dealt with VA and Dr. saed has really taken the time to look at me as a person and not just a number. I highly reccomend him to anyone who wants true compassion and professional care.

Dr.Saeed literally saved my life! Life is worth living now and with quality and happiness.
